Emanon Manufacturing Technology, LLC is a privately owned corporation founded in 1992
with the purpose of providing quality CNC machining services to high tech and
manufacturing industries. From its inception to the present day, Emanon continues
to exceed customer expectations and has established a reputation for quality and
reliability thanks to the experience and loyalty of its employees.
Rick Jenkins, the president of Emanon, and his employees take great pride
in the company's engineering and manufacturing projects. Rick applies the same
philosophy that made Emanon successful over the years to all projects.
Emanon is one of the top CNC machining shops in the greater
Chattanooga area, both in terms of capacity and capability.
Having some of the largest equipment in Chattanooga
housed in its state-of-the-art 10,000 sq-ft facilities,
Emanon processes multiple projects at the same time
and manufactures small to medium size parts up to 60 inches
in length (for milling purposes). Emanon's modern equipment and
precision machining operations have the capability to work with tolerances
of + / - 0.0005 inches.
